we are looking for a Systems Analyst! Responsibilities: Analyzing and defining business processes, including writing detailed specification documents.
* Designing software solutions to meet current and future business requirements.
* Managing testing processes for system developments and workflows.
* Preparing and issuing price quotes for clients.
* Creating user manuals and documentation.
* Onboarding new clients, including implementation, installations, training sessions, and roundtable discussions.
* Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders (Customer Support, Development, QA, and Implementation teams).
* Working as part of a team, reporting to the Product Manager, and providing full ongoing support.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or Business Administration (with a specialization in Economics/Information Systems).
* At least 5 years of experience in system and process analysis and design.
* Familiarity with ERP systems.
* Proven experience in writing technical and business specification documents in both Hebrew and English.
* Proficiency in SQL.
* Understanding of logistics processes (advantage).
* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or Business Administration (with a specialization in Economics/Information Systems).
* At least 5 years of experience in system and process analysis and design.
* Familiarity with ERP systems.
