seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our dynamic finance team!

This crucial role will oversee the US finance operations, focusing on accounting, reconciliation, compliance, and more.

Responsibilities
Manage all accounting transactions and operations, including revenue reconciliation, bank & credit cards, AP & AR, accruals, prepaid, fixed assets, etc.
Ensure compliance with monthly and yearly regulatory reporting, including preparing and reporting the 1099 forms.
Support the month-end closing process, including posting cut-off journal entries.
Lead and manage vendor payment cycles, including invoice approvals, payment processing, and recording journal entries.
Review and record employee travel and expense reimbursements.
Work closely with external auditors during yearly audits and periodic reviews.
