Own & Optimize Campaigns Plan, launch, and scale performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive real business impact.

Requirements:
0-2 years of experience in PPC /Media Buying/User Acquisition (but a passion for data and performance marketing matters more than experience).
Fluent English (written) a must!
Excel Proficiency Strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, etc.) to interpret performance metrics and make data -driven decisions.
Fast Learner & Independent Thinker You figure things out, adapt quickly, and take initiative without waiting for instructions.
Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented You keep things structured, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple campaigns precisely.
Highly Curious & Growth-Oriented You ask questions, seek out new knowledge, and continuously push yourself to improve.
Creative Problem-Solver You love experimenting, thinking outside the box, and finding new ways to win.
Multi-Tasking Pro Juggling multiple campaigns, optimizing budgets, and driving results all at once? No problem.
