As a LinkedIn Campaign Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of LinkedIn advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and audience engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker, a data -driven growth marketer, and a hands-on executor who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including thought leadership, remarketing, and audience engagement. Develop and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and AI-driven strategies to enhance campaign precision and effectiveness. Manage campaign budgets of $100K+ per quarter, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI maximization. Create and refine audience targeting strategies, leveraging first-party data, lookalike audiences, and intent-based targeting. Collaborate with content marketing, sales, and design teams to align campaign messaging with broader marketing objectives. Analyze key performance metrics, including MQLs and SQLs, to generate actionable insights for ongoing campaign improvements. Utilize Marketing Automation platforms (HubSpot) and CRM tools ( salesforce ) to track performance, measure attribution, and optimize conversions. Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates, continuously testing and implementing new LinkedIn ad formats and strategies.

Requirements:
4+ years of experience as a full-time PPC professional, with a proven track record in B2B marketing (preferably SaaS). Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn advertising budgets of $100K+ per quarter.
* Expertise in LinkedIn Ads (Meta & Google Ads experience is an advantage). Strong analytical skills, with high proficiency in Excel for performance analysis and reporting.
* Experience with Marketing Automation platforms like HubSpot and CRM systems like salesforce for campaign tracking and lead management. Native or fluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications
