This role involves leading a development team while maintaining a strong hands-on approach (80%-90% of the role).
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in C #.NET Core development, proficiency in Angular or React, and expertise in MSSQL.
Responsibilities:
Lead a development team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Develop, maintain, and enhance C #.NET Core-based software solutions.
Implement and develop Front-End applications using Angular or React.
Design and implement database schemas, queries, and stored procedures in MSSQL.
Write clean, efficient, and high-quality code following best practices.
Identify, analyze, and resolve software issues while ensuring optimal performance.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Experience working with.NET Core for scalable and high-performance applications.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
