Art Director

We're looking for a very talented Art Director! This role is a balanced mix of hands-on creative work and leadership. You have passion for helping teams work at their best, Youll guide and mentor, establish high-quality standards, and collaborate closely with product, monetization and development teams to create engaging and visually stunning gaming experiences.

Responsibilities:

* Provide guidance and direction to the art team, ensuring consistency and quality in all visual assets
* Design new UI / UX assets and features for our games, creating sketches, mockups, wireframes, UI animations, and 2D UI assets.
* Develop visual concepts and ideas.
* Oversee the complete game production pipeline, ensuring smooth execution from concept to final product.
* Working in an Agile environment and design methods while working with Product and R&D.
* Lead rapid iterations and testing on a variety of concepts and features, from wireframes to fully designed compositions.
* Maintain high-quality standards by reviewing final products to ensure they are fun, engaging, and pixel-perfect..
