We are seeking a User Experience Product Manager to join our global product team. You will play a key role in managing the lifecycle of our Software product offerings.
The successful candidate will balance initiative and self-motivation with an ability to work with geographically and culturally diverse teams internal to us, partner, and customer teams.
You are inquisitive about what makes a product tick, detail-oriented, and disciplined to record what you learn and build in product requirements, documentation, and verbal form to audiences of various skill levels. You enjoy listening to partners and customers and can successfully navigate business-oriented and engineering organizations to achieve your goals.
This role will play a crucial part in enhancing our software product user experience and facilitating the transition between on-premise and cloud offerings.
What youll do:
Lead user experience initiatives for the software product.
Integrate on-premise and cloud product experiences.
Manage and prioritize UI-related projects effectively.
Drive user-centric improvements and new features while championing accessibility projects.
Collaborate with development, design, research teams, and key stakeholders to define detailed product requirements.
Work closely with our product teams, sales enablement, marketing, and customer success to align the product with our business processes.
Collaborate with the product management team to prioritize product requirements across our portfolio.

Requirements:
What will you need to have?
Current experience with User Experience/User Interface product management.
3+ years experience in software product management or equivalent experience in an enterprise organization.
You can clearly articulate, verbally and in writing, abstract concepts as well as detailed technical information.
Youre comfortable with cross-functional teams.
B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent experience in software and/or a technology-relevant field.
Extra great if you have:
Experience with NoSQL databases (extra points for our experience).
Experience working on product offerings for operators (IT, DevOps).
Experience working on software modernization projects in an Enterprise environment.
Experience with public cloud infrastructure: Azure, GCP, AWS, and others.
What will you need to have?
