We are looking for a talented and experienced R&D team lead to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of backend engineers, take full ownership of infrastructure-related projects, and contribute to the development of secure, scalable systems. You will guide your team through the full development lifecyclefrom design and architecture to implementation, code review, and deploymentwhile maintaining the highest standards of quality and performance.
Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of skilled backend engineers.
* Recruit top talent and support team members professional growth.
* Take ownership of infrastructure tools and core platform components.
* Drive projects end-to-end: from inception, design, and task. management to implementation and deployment.
* Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, DevOps, and security.

* Experience in cybersecurity, cryptography, PKI, or related crypto domains.
