Required Drivers Team Leader
The position
The Data Collection group plays a critical role in gathering essential data for the development and enhancement of our ADAS and AV products.
As the Drivers Team Lead, you will manage a team of drivers, ensuring the successful execution of data collection requirements and orchestrating key role in operational projects.
What will your job look like?
Manage day to day 7-10 employees.
Manage drivers operations, including task assignments, process monitoring, and cross-teams coordination.
Oversee testing, maintenance, and inventory of equipment and vehicle fleet management.
Set team goals, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet data collection requirements.
Become an expert in driving and drive related concepts with the ability to track data deeply, train drivers across various testing tracks, and provide constructive feedback to the team.

Requirements:
3+ years of team management experience Mandatory.
3-4 years from a technological industry experience preferred.
Bachelors degree in logistics, business administration, or related field Mandatory.
High proficiency in English and a clean driving record Mandatory.
Automotive industry interest and advanced driving proficiency Advantage.
Familiarity with BI, ERP (NetSuit), project management tools (Jira & Asana) and ADAS products Advantage.
Strong organizational and leadership skills with experience in dynamic environments.
Availability for full-time work (on site), including overtime and travel abroad.
