We are looking for an experienced Information Systems Administrator to implement and manage our systems within the HRIS team.
This position combines both end-to-end implementation and design skills and requires deep business understanding. It is a hands-on role requiring the ability to own systems and business processes, understand data architecture, and create innovative solutions.
What will your job look like
Implement new systems and manage existing systems, business processes, and integrations.
Create reports, monitoring systems, and efficient controls to ensure business continuity, accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of our operations.
Participate in projects and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Conduct business analysis, gather requirements, perform testing, and communicate findings.
Work closely with IT developers, project managers, and partners on the Workday cloud system.
Optimize business processes using different methodologies.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or Information Systems
At least 5 years of proven experience in managing and maintaining information systems
Experience in end-to-end implementation of information systems and processes, from design through deployment and ongoing support
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and think creatively
Proven project management skills, including coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring efficient project execution
Ability to understand business needs and develop technical solutions accordingly
A self-motivated, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Strong process improvement skills to enhance efficiency, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement
Experience with Workday HCM, CRM, ATS ADVANTAGE.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or Information Systems
At least 5 years of proven experience in managing and maintaining information systems
