* Sales Cycle Management: Oversee and manage the workflow of the sales cycle with U.S. customers, ensuring timely and efficient processes from start to finish.
* Market Support: Actively support all business activities within the U.S. market, ensuring customer needs and business goals are met.
* ERP system Management: Manage U.S. business activities within the companys ERP system, including PO entries, inventory tracking, and other transaction processes.
* Sample Inventory Oversight: Coordinate requests for potential and existing customers, including for trade shows
* Sales Team Support: Provide administrative support to the U.S. sales team, such as generating sales-related documentation, submitting order status updates to customers, and tracking key timelines for product launches.
* Reporting: Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports to keep internal teams informed and ensure project milestones are met.

Requirements:
* Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
* Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.
* Team Player: Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
* ERP /Software Knowledge: Experience with ERP systems, inventory management, or transaction processing software is a plus.
* Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
* Native English level speaker. Location: Ramat Gan/Sderot
