* Oversee all aspects of the companys IT infrastructure, including systems and SaaS services.
* Manage physical servers, virtualization systems, Storage systems, and backups.
* Provide internal support for company employees.
* Expertise in servers, virtualization, cloud systems, backups, and related technologies.
* Supervise and monitor the virtual infrastructure, primarily centered around VMware virtual environments.
* Manage both on-premises (co-location) and cloud-based infrastructure.
* Administer external server farms and Disaster Recovery (DR) plans.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee the reliability and scalability of our systems.
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the infrastructure.
