* Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications.
* Lead requirements gathering processes with clients and internal teams.
* Design and implement processes within CRM Dynamics 365
* Collaborate with software vendors and internal/external teams.
* Provide tailored solutions based on client needs and support testing phases.

* Proven experience in writing detailed functional and technical specifications.
* Strong understanding of business processes and multi-interface systems.
* Experience with CRM Dynamics 365 and process implementation - advantage
* Familiarity with service centers, sales, and marketing processes - advantage
* Proficiency in SQL and working with databases.
* Ability to work well in a team and learn independently.
