we are currently seeking an experienced Valuation Advisor to join our Valuation Department.
The role involves working on valuation projects for companies for commercial, accounting, legal, and tax purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
Interacting with senior management teams in companies across a wide range of industries both domestically and internationally.
Analyzing transactions, financial statements, companies, and business sectors.
Building and presenting business models.
Preparing and presenting executive-level presentations.
Writing reports and expert opinions in both Hebrew and English.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Economics.
Minimum of 2 years of active experience in valuation within a Big 4 firm or another large accounting firm.
Experience in business development.
Strong analytical skills.
Experience in financial modeling.
High proficiency in English.
Training and mentoring skills advantage.
