We are hiring Senior data Scientist
Learning and defining ML model problems to support the organizations strategy, providing solutions while understanding the needs and business operations of different organizational units. Establishing complex data structures for the purpose of model development and usage by the companys business units. Analyzing complex data using data tools and building analytics to solve business problems. Ability to perform visual data analysis using BI tools such as Tableau and/or PowerBI. Developing and validating statistical models and explaining the models in business terms. Implementing models in production and performing model validation after implementation.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management / Economics / Statistics / Computer Science / Mathematics.
* At least 3 years of experience as a data Scientist.
* Experience and proven knowledge in complex SQL queries against large databases.
* Experience with Python and familiarity with basic libraries such as Pandas, Numpy, sklearn, Seaborn, and Matplotlib.
* Familiarity with models such as Boosting, Random Forest, GLM, Regression, Clustering, PCA, SVM.
* Experience with AWS.
* Experience in developing Supervised & Unsupervised statistical models.
* Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS/Azure/Google Cloud significant advantage.
* High analytical and technical skills required.
* Experience working in financial organizations advantage.
* Systems thinking and understanding of complex processes advantage.
* High proficiency in English reading and writing.
