The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital tools and design, coupled with leadership experience. This role is pivotal in driving our digital transformation in textile and fashion design. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Digital Textile Innovation team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment. Oversee the development and implementation of digital textile projects using tools such as Browzwear or CLO3D, Rhino, Grasshopper, and 3D printing technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital solutions into the textile design and production process. Develop and explore digital tools for fashion and textile designers. Initiate and lead exploration projects focused on new technologies and textile innovations. Mentor and guide team members, providing support and professional development opportunities. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the team leads in digital textile innovation. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. Optional: Write and review code to support digital design and production processes.
