What will you be doing?
Monitor and operate financial trading systems in production across various markets, including cryptocurrencies, Stocks, and commodities.
Keep a close eye on market conditions, liquidity, and market trends in global financial markets.
Investigate raw data logs and analyze market financial data across different asset classes.
Perform frequent sanity checks on trading systems to ensure smooth operation.
Drive insights about the continuous operations of multi-asset trading environments.
Define, create, and implement monitoring solutions for our in-house systems to cover diverse market activities.
Build tools, scripts, and operating procedures to improve efficiency across all financial markets.
Automate systems using scripts and configuration management tools.
Monitor and manage production systems across various financial markets.
Conduct fault detection, isolation, resolution, and root cause analysis.
Collaborate extensively with global teams to ensure seamless market operations across different regions.

Requirements:
Passion for Financial Markets: A deep interest in capital markets, including stocks, commodities, and cryptocurrencies.
Education: BA degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Availability: Willingness to work in 24/7/365 shifts.
Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team and communicate clearly across different cultures and time zones.:
Strong organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written).
High proficiency in Excel.
High-level English proficiency.
Bonus Points For:
Experience in Capital Markets, trading, or dealing room environments.
Knowledge of multiple asset classes, including Crypto.
Experience in financial raw data or BI.
SQL knowledge or experience.
Familiarity with automation tools and scripts.
