This is a full-time on-site role located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. As a team leader in Software Products Development, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, overseeing R&D efforts, and ensuring successful software development and project execution.
This is a hands-on position, while also involving team leadership responsibilities.

Requirements:
Team management and team leadership skills
Experience in C # development
Experience in research and development (R&D) of software products
Expertise in software development and project management based on our products
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience leading teams of developers in an Agile environment
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Experience in the authentication or data signature industry is a plus
Positive customer-facing responsibility
