Position Overview: As a R&D Manager, youll be responsible for leading the R&D unit of core systems and digital systems. The position includes responsibility for approximately 40 employees, such as developers, system analysts and more. Key Responsibilities: Defining application solutions. Managing and developing complex and integrated projects. Ongoing maintenance and management of systems. Close and human-oriented management of the workforce. Collaboration with other units in the technology department and throughout the organization.
Requirements:
Requirements and Experience: Experience in managing R&D teams. Experience in project management and integration. Background and experience in developing financial and operational systems. Ability to understand and identify business needs. Personal Skills: Strong management skills (people, processes, and projects). Excellent documentation and writing abilities. Ability to maintain positive relationships with both senior and junior stakeholders within the company. Formal financial education advantage
