We are seeking a talented Purchasing Specialist to join our Finance team!
What youll be doing \:
Open and prepare purchase orders and follow up end to end
Handling all stages of the purchasing orders, from the moment the order is opened until it is approved.
Send purchase orders to vendors and follow up through the lead time and supply dates. ● Handling day to day invoicing: monitoring and uploading all invoices to our payment system and working closely with the accountant team.
Providing excellent service to multiple internal employees across all departments within the organization
Day to day vendor management as required
Ability to work fast along with detail-oriented skills.
Solve problems quickly and efficiently
This position is temporary for one year.

1-2 years of experience
Fluent English (reading, writing and speaking)
Outstanding service orientation
Well organized
Great negotiation skills- big advantage

ERP knowledge (preferable Priority)
