What you will do:
Build revenue pipeline by setting introductory meetings with decision makers across target verticals
Dig deep into inbound and outbound prospects business to understand their pain points and how AppHarbr can help
Research and develop new accounts through rigorous outbound calling efforts through email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and events
Lead, negotiate and close large-scale deals within a defined account list, custom-tailoring strategic solutions to their business needs
Drive high-impact thought leadership, reinforcing AppHarbrs reputation as an innovator and trusted leader in in-app ad quality & security
Define the growth strategy for your portfolio with clear guidance on key client and prospect stakeholders, client/opportunity prioritization
Achieve personal quarterly/annual revenue and new business targets, as agreed with the Sales Lead
Deliver accurate sales forecasting insight
3+ years in Ad Tech sales, proven top performer with SaaS experience (advantage), and deep knowledge of advertising tech (SDKs, ARPU, LTV, DSPs, SSPs, mediation, and 3rd-party data/verification).
Strong communication, relationship-building, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Confident in presentations and skilled in personalized, effective messaging.
Resilient, curious, detail-oriented, goal-driven, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities.
Well-connected in top app studios, with a proven ability to align business objectives with compelling value propositions.
Demonstrated ability to own and prioritize the sales pipeline, focusing on high-impact opportunities, driving progress, and effectively utilizing internal resources (e.g., leadership, R&D, legal) to close deals.
Skilled in closing deals by understanding prospects needs, addressing their concerns, and offering tailored solutions to eliminate obstacles and ensure successful outcomes.
Familiar with Salesforce.com, highly analytical, and collaborative across departments.
