Requirements:
* 4 years of experience as a system Admin in a small organization a must.
* In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, including user management and troubleshooting.
* Experience working with VMware, Linux servers, and NetApp Storage.
* Familiarity with BackupExec or similar backup systems.
* Knowledge of cybersecurity, communication management, firewalls, VPNs, and networks.
* Strong service orientation and problem-solving skills.
