Bookkeeper

Our Finance Department is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage our books globally, support the accounting team, and provide cross-organizational financial support. This role is a full-time position and requires a high level of precision and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. What you'll do: Manage the AP bookkeeping of the US and UK companies, credit cards, and global vendor onboarding. Conduct monthly closure procedures and assist the controllers with closing tasks, including revenue recognition process. Managing the companys global fixed assets cycles, including fixed assets sale, and monthly depreciation and reconciliation. Manage employees travel expense reports posting and reconciliation. Assist procurement and PO process.
