Were on the hunt for a creative Marketing Designer to join our guild of marketing bards. As our emerging Design Vanguard, youll deliver high-quality, visually compelling designs that support marketing efforts across various platforms. Work closely with internal teams to create engaging presentations, marketing materials, and event assets that bring ideas to life.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Design and refine RFP presentations that effectively communicate key messages and align with brand guidelines.
Develop marketing assets for both digital and print, ensuring consistency and impact across all materials.
Support conference and event needs with branded assets, SWAG designs, and promotional materials.
Craft eye-catching social media visuals to enhance engagement and brand visibility.

4+ years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency setting.
A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create compelling marketing visuals across multiple formats.
The ability to quickly grasp design needs and execute efficiently.
Attention to detail, a keen eye for aesthetics, and an ability to maintain brand consistency.
A structured approach to workflow management with flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities.
A team player mindset with openness to feedback and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while staying aligned with marketing objectives.
Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Experience working with Figma for collaborative design projects.
Familiarity with AI-powered design tools.
Strong understanding of print design and production.
Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus.
Bonus Points:
Experience in channeling primal particle magic, banishing spectral ghouls, and performing gnomish moon dances like a pro.
