Eshbal Functional Foods, a leader in the "better for you" food sector, is going public on the TSX-V in Canada. We are seeking a part-time Legal Advisor / Company Secretary with strong legal expertise and familiarity with public markets, preferably Canadian.
Act as the primary contact for TSX-V compliance and communications.
Oversee the filing of regulatory documents and manage official communications.
Support corporate governance, including board interactions and policy implementation.
Engage with investors, manage inquiries, and maintain strong relations.
Provide strategic legal guidance and oversee intellectual property protectio.

Requirements:
Law degree required; does not need to be a practicing lawyer but must have a robust legal background.
Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
Experience in public markets; Canadian market experience preferred.
Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively.
