We are looking for a highly experienced and passionate Senior system Engineer to join a multi-disciplinary cutting-edge robotic technology startup, following a significant fundraising round.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, investigate, and resolve system -related issues
Develop and implement practical, pragmatic solutions to complex technical problems
Proactively identify potential future challenges and develop mitigation strategies
Conduct in-depth analysis of system performance and propose improvements
Liaise between different technological domains and stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficient problem-solving
Document technical processes, solutions, and best practices
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements:
MSc or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or Physics
15-20 years of experience working with complex systems in a deep tech environment, including multi-disciplinary system integration
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven track record of implementing innovative solutions to complex problems
Detail and result oriented
Strong technical writing and documentation skills / Solidworks / Comsol
