In this role, you will collaborate with development teams to define new features, contribute to functional requirement documentation (FRD), and ensure seamless UX design and implementation. You will work closely with Support and QA to align our testing and supportability with real-world customer scenarios.
Beyond core development, you will assist in critical escalations, manage complex or high-visibility installations, and develop secondary tools that enhance the user experience. You will help drive continuous improvements to our products using telemetry and customer insights.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and refine new features.
Assist in writing functional requirement documents (FRDs) and contribute to UX design discussions.
Work closely with QA and Support teams to ensure testing and troubleshooting meet customer needs.
Support critical customer escalations and high-impact installations.
Develop secondary tools and scripts to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Analyze telemetry and customer data to make data-driven decisions for product improvements.
Proactively identify and resolve roadblocks that impact product success.

Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills with scale-out Linux implementations, HPC data research, A.I train and complex network implementations.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, QA, and support, using industry-leading tools such as Jira, Slack, GitLab, unit tests / qtest, and GIT.
Experience with data analysis, telemetry, or customer insights is a plus. The main tools we use are time series databases (Prometheus), multi-tenant log aggregation systems, integration with Slack and SalesForce, and training A. I bots.
Familiarity with scripting or tool development for automation and supportability using Python, REST API, OTEL, and BASH.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Experience in software development, product management, or technical support in Linux, Python, and networking.
Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills with scale-out Linux implementations, HPC data research, A.I train and complex network implementations.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, QA, and support, using industry-leading tools such as Jira, Slack, GitLab, unit tests / qtest, and GIT.
