A leading and fast-growing global credit fund is looking to hire a Senior Legal Counsel, reporting directly to the GC of the company. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced lawyer to take part in a cutting-edge, innovative field within international credit and debt fund structuring. The role requires significant independence, as many of the legal questions encountered are novel and without clear precedent both in Israel and internationally.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all legal aspects of the funds global operations across multiple jurisdictions.
* Lead the structuring and formation of new credit and debt funds.
* Manage the legal side of global lending transactions, including negotiation and drafting of credit agreements.
* Take ownership of regulatory compliance processes in dynamic and evolving legal environments.

Requirements:
? Requirements:

* Native-level English proficiency.
* Minimum of 8 years experience in fund formation / banking / finance, gained at a top-tier law firm.
* Proven ability to work independently, exercise sound legal judgment, and develop creative solutions in emerging areas of law.
* Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
* High level of initiative and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
