Were looking for a detail-oriented AI QA Specialist to TEST, monitor, and optimize AI interactions. Youll identify patterns, improve performance, and collaborate with the team to enhance our AI systems. Strong communication, analytical skills, and tech proficiency are essential. Experience in customer facing roles, or QA is a plus. A proactive mindset and ownership are key.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct daily testing to ensure seamless and uninterrupted operations.
* Monitor calls to identify behavioral and technical patterns, pinpointing areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with team members to drive progress and achieve shared goals.

Analytical and structured thinker experience with data platforms and KPIs is a plus. Highly diligent with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proactive and ownership-driven with a strong can-do attitude. Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
* Previous experience working with AI agents and related technologies.
* Background in Quality Assurance (QA).
* Familiarity with legal terminology.
