As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing software solutions that span the full stack of development. You will collaborate closely with our product, design, and engineering teams to deliver robust, high-performance features in an agile environment.
Youll primarily work with React for front-end development, alongside .NET Core (C#) on the back end (experience with other back-end languages is welcome)
Responsibilities
Lead the development of new features and enhancements across the front-end and back-end, using React and your expertise in back-end development, with .NET Core (C#) as a bonus.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Architect and implement efficient, reusable, and reliable code to optimize performance and scalability.
Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and performance for front-end and back-end codebases.
Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on full-stack development and technical best practices.
Actively participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical roadmaps.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in software development with a strong background in JavaScript, React, and expertise in back-end development (experience in .NET Core (C#) is a plus but not required).
Demonstrable expertise in building and maintaining complex web applications with a focus on both front-end and back-end aspects.
Proficiency with cloud infrastructure, especially AWS.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Haves
Familiarity with other front-end frameworks and back-end languages.
Experience with container orchestration and deployment tools, such as Kubernetes and Argo CD.
Experience working in the insurance or related industry.
Knowledge of additional cloud services or deployment automation tools.
