Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that delivers the brand message and voice, aligns with business objectives and supports marketing initiatives across all channels
Lead and mentor a team of content creators while establishing content frameworks that ensure consistent brand voice and quality across all formats, from long-form content to microcopy
Direct the strategic adaptation of core content themes into multiple formats including video scripts, digital campaigns, CRM sequences, and website copy to maximize reach and engagement
Establish and maintain editorial guidelines, content calendars, and workflow processes to ensure efficient content production and delivery
Partner with SEO, growth, social media, and performance marketing teams to optimize content for maximum impact and discoverability
Analyze content performance metrics to inform strategy and demonstrate ROI through data-driven insights
Define and implement content frameworks to maintain quality and consistency
Identify opportunities for content repurposing and distribution across multiple channels
Drive innovative content initiatives that position us as an industry thought leader
