We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Counsel to join our senior leadership. As General Counsel, you will be at the forefront of our legal and strategic initiatives, ensuring that our innovative solutions align with global legal standards. This role requires a visionary legal leader who can navigate the complexities of the tech industry while supporting our mission to revolutionize web creation.
Responsibilities
Strategic Legal Leadership: Shape and execute legal strategies that align with our vision of empowering web creators globally.
Regulatory Compliance: Navigate complex regulatory landscapes, ensuring our operations meet all legal standards, thereby supporting our rapid growth and innovation.
Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate legal risks, preserving the integrity and our reputation as a leader in the web development community
Corporate Governance: Advise on governance policies, ensuring our corporate practices reflect our commitment to excellence and transparency.
Contractual Excellence: Oversee the negotiation and management of contracts, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives and uphold our interests.
Litigation Oversight: Direct and manage all litigation and dispute resolution matters, working closely with external counsel as necessary.
Team Development: Lead and mentor our legal team, fostering a culture that mirrors our values of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
Professional Experience: Over 10 years in legal roles, including significant experience as General Counsel and in senior positions within major law firms.
Regulatory Expertise: Proven ability to navigate complex regulatory environments, particularly within the B2C sector.
Industry Insight: Deep understanding of the B2C landscape, with a track record of addressing legal challenges unique to consumer-focused businesses.
Leadership Acumen: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams, with a focus on fostering innovation and excellence.
Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex legal concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Integrity: Unwavering commitment to ethical practices and integrity, aligning with our core values.
Licensing: An active license to practice law in Israel.
