* Oversee the transfer of products from development to manufacturing, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
* Implement new manufacturing processes and establish clear workflows to support production requirements.
* Continuously improve existing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
* Identify, evaluate, and integrate new technologies into production to maintain a competitive edge.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
* Develop and maintain documentation related to processes, procedures, and production guidelines.

Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in Engineering (Chemical, Food, Biotechnology,or a related field).
* 3+ years of experience in NPI, manufacturing, or process engineering roles.
* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies.
