Requirements:
5+ years of full-stack development experience, with demonstrated expertise in:
Building scalable web applications using modern Node.js and React ecosystems
Architecting and deploying microservices in high-traffic production environments
System design, API development, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Proven experience building production AI systems, including:
Development with leading LLM platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
Designing and implementing RAG systems with vector databases and embedding models
Advanced prompt engineering and LLM optimization
Integration of AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) into production applications
Strong track record of:
Implementing robust monitoring and observability solutions (Grafana, Datadog, etc.)
Building secure, performant systems following clean code principles and design patterns
Optimizing application performance and cost in high-scale environments
Leading technical architecture decisions and documentation
Experience in:
Collaborating closely with product and design teams in an agile environment
Implementing pixel-perfect designs from Figma to production
Building intuitive, user-focused features for customer-facing applications
Making pragmatic technical decisions balancing speed, quality, and scalability
Balancing innovation with practical business needs.
