Responsibilities Include

· Collaborate closely with development teams to support scalable and highly available production systems.

· Design, build, and maintain infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

· Manage core production environments, including regular updates and configuration changes.

· Proactively identify and resolve issues in production systems to minimize downtime.

· Provide on-call support during off-hours, including nights and weekends, as required

Ideal candidates will have

· Minimum 5 years of experience managing and maintaining Linux and Windows servers in a global, multi-node environment.

· Strong experience with open-source technologies such as:

· Databases/Messaging: MySQL, Kafka, CouchDB

· Service Discovery/Security: Consul, Vault

· Web & Caching: HAProxy, Squid, Varnish

· Big Data/Search: Hadoop, ElasticSearch

· Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and maintaining Kubernetes clusters.

· Experience with both Linux and Windows operating systems in production environments.

· Proficient with public cloud platforms such as AWSand Azure.

· Experience in infrastructure as code and automation tools: Terraform, Puppet, scripting with Pythonand Bash.

· Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Zabbix and Grafana

· Experience working in SaaS or high-availability internet-based environments.

· Passion for technology: curious, self-motivated, and eager to explore and adopt new tools.

· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take ownership and drive resolution.

· Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

· Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
