we are looking for a Mobile Device Management (MDM) Specialist to join our team! Responsibilities:
* Procurement, allocation, and tracking of mobile devices (smartphones and tablets) within the organization.
* Managing inventory and maintaining accurate records of assigned devices.
* Providing Technical Support for mobile devices, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues on IOS and Android.
* Coordinating with mobile service providers and vendors for repairs and replacements.
* Implementing and enforcing mobile security policies using Microsoft Intune
* Configuring and deploying mobile applications and security profiles.
* Handling service requests related to mobile devices and ensuring timely resolution.

* Experience in managing mobile devices in an enterprise environment, including procurement, allocation, and tracking.
* Proficiency in working with Microsoft Intune for mobile device management.
* Hands-on experience providing Technical Support for mobile devices running IOS and Android
* Ability to coordinate with vendors and service providers for troubleshooting and repairs.
* Experience in managing service request systems and tracking incident resolutions.
* Strong independent work ethic and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Experience in managing mobile devices in an enterprise environment, including procurement, allocation, and tracking.
* Proficiency in working with Microsoft Intune for mobile device management.
