Product Designer - Part Time

We are looking for a passionate Product Designer with a strong focus on UX to create intuitive, user-centered designs for our suite of web and mobile products. You will take full ownership of the design process, from user research to pixel-perfect interfaces, ensuring that every interaction is meaningful, functional, and beautifully executed. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams - Product, R&D, Data, and Management - to design solutions that meet business objectives and please our customers.
We are searching for a hands-on designer who has the expertise to create complicated systems, considering various aspects ranging from AI to the psychological aspects of user experience.
Responsibilities:
End-to-End UX and UI Design: From discovery and ideation to delivery and iteration.
User Research & Validation: Conduct explorations, including interviews, usability tests, and data analysis, to uncover customers pain points and validate design solutions.
Optimize User Flows: Map and refine user journeys.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally and Within the Design Team: Work closely with fellow designers as well as Product, R&D, and Data teams to define requirements and deliver high-impact features that balance user needs with business goals.
Prototyping & Testing: Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to communicate design concepts, validate ideas, and gather user feedback.
Data-Driven Design: Leverage tools like Mixpanel and Fullstory to analyze user behavior, identify friction points, and iteratively improve designs.
Stakeholder Communication: Clearly communicate design concepts and progress to stakeholders, including executives, using storytelling and data to support your decisions.
Support Development: Work within an agile framework, iterating on designs based on feedback and evolving requirements.
Creating and maintaining a scalable design system.
