You can Expect:
TOP USER for Strauss Coffee's performance excellence system
Work with managers across the organization to develop KPIs, metrics and dashboards to ensure efficient strategy execution and focus
Lead the HQ department's quarterly performance review routines
Business and operational problem-solving and root cause analysis initiatives in HQ and BUs
Lead productivity reports from the BU and to SG HQ
Innovate HQ procedures, digitalization and central managerial platforms for better efficiency and partnership

Requirements:
Experience Required:
University graduate business/ finance/ industrial engineer
Certified green belt with expertise in Lean continuous improvement methodologies- an advantage
Up to 5 years of experience in the field of business and/ or industrial engineering consulting firm/ business analyst
Strong experience in analytics, KPI and operational measurement initiatives to drive improvement
Business Acumen: Demonstrates understanding of commercial, operational, financial and people aspects of the business
Extremely Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills together with technological abilities
Fluent in English
