We are looking for an experienced and skilled Repair Lab Manager to join our team. The suitable candidate will be responsible for managing all repair-related matters within the company, including troubleshooting and working with electronic testing equipment.
Responsibility:
* Manage and coordinate all repair and maintenance activities for military electronic radar systems.
* Diagnose faults and repair complex electronic systems.
* Work with advanced electronic testing equipment.
* Manage a maintenance team consisting of electronics engineers, including training and professional engineers.
* Develop and improve work processes and procedures within the repair department.
* Collaborate with other departments in the company to enhance system performance and quality.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team. Preferred:
* Experience working with military electronic systems.
