We are looking for a FP&A Specialist to join our Finance team! About we are driving the live video revolution, providing live video streaming for TV, mobile, online and social media. Let your audience become part of your story with high-quality and flawless live video, transmitted from anywhere in the world, through the use of our patented bonding and video transport technology. we create a consistent bandwidth and a reliable connection so you can acquire, manage and distribute high-quality remote live broadcasts. Location: Kfar Saba (hybrid model) Responsibilities:
* Preparing and analyzing monthly expense Actual vs. Budget reports and providing actionable insights
* Preparing and analyzing forecasts on a monthly basis to ensure accurate financial planning
* Creating and delivering periodic financial summaries to senior management
* Participating in the annual budget planning process
* Participating in the month-end close process
* Collaborating closely with multiple financial teams in Israel and internationally, including accounting and bookkeeping departments
* Support in creating and maintaining complex financial models using advanced tools.

Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in Accounting/Economics/Business Administration/ Final-year students
* Strong team player with a can-do attitude.
* Able to take ownership of fast-paced projects with rapidly shifting priorities, managing them through to completion with patience, flexibility, and passion.
* Efficient and creative problem-solver, comfortable with ambiguity and complexity.
* Tech savvy: Practical experience with SQL, Power Query, VBA, BI tools an advantage
* Excellent communication skills
* Fluent English (both spoken and written).
