As a leader in our field, we empower businesses with seamless technology, ensuring reliability, scalability, and top-tier user experiences. We are seeking a proactive and business-oriented AI Adoption Manager to lead the integration of AI tools and processes across the company. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, driving AI adoption, and ensuring employees leverage AI to improve efficiency, decision-making, and innovation. Responsibilities:
* Research and introduce AI tools that can enhance productivity and streamline operations.
* Collaborate with various departments (sales, marketing, customer support, product, etc.) to identify AI use cases and implement solutions.
* Train and support employees in effectively using AI tools for their daily tasks.
* Monitor AI trends and assess their relevance to the company's needs.
* Work with leadership to develop an AI adoption strategy aligned with business goals.
* Knowledge and ability to improve and refine professional and operational processes using AI tools.
* Measure the impact of AI implementations and optimize processes accordingly.
* Research and introduce AI tools that can enhance productivity and streamline operations.

* Ability to translate AI capabilities into practical business applications.
* Strong communication and training skills to drive organization-wide adoption.
* Self-driven, with the ability to influence without formal authority.
* High-level proficiency in English. Advantageous:
* Experience in fintech or technology companies.
* Background in digital transformation, process optimization, or AI-driven business growth.
Must have:
