About the Position: Join our new recruitment team at a leading cybersecurity company! We're seeking an experienced technical recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for various technological roles in cybersecurity and software development.

Job Details:

Full-time position
Office location: Tel Aviv (near train station)
Hybrid work model with 1 day work-from-home
Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
Work closely with hiring managers
Conduct in-depth phone screenings of candidates
Write professional evaluations and recommendations for hiring managers
Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in technical recruitment
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
Previous experience in conducting phone interviews and writing professional evaluations for technical positions
Full proficiency and strong communication abilities in both Hebrew and English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
