We are seeking an experienced salesforce Implementation Specialist to join our team and lead a significant salesforce migration project. The role involves reimplementing the system with a focus on working with NP CLOUD to address the needs of grant-making foundations. The ideal candidate will have both implementation and development backgrounds, with the ability to lead tasks independently and work in a dynamic environment. The position includes requirements gathering, implementation and development of salesforce solutions, management of integrations with additional organizational systems, and implementation of approval flows. Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in salesforce implementation
* Proven experience leading end-to-end salesforce implementation projects
* Background in development capabilities in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning and/or LWC
* Experience in configuring approval flows
* Ability to design and implement integrations between salesforce and other organizational systems
* Experience working with integration tools
* Ability to work independently and think creatively to solve problems NICE TO HAVE:
* Previous experience working with NP CLOUD and grant-making foundations - significant advantage!
* Experience with salesforce integrations with SAP and/or NETSUITE
* Familiarity with Integration Path
* Experience in salesforce migration and conversion projects
* Relevant salesforce certifications
* Experience in the third sector/philanthropic foundations.
