We are looking for a Senior Director of Finance to lead our Accounting and Tax functions, overseeing financial reporting, tax, treasury, finance operations, payroll, revenue and compliance. This position ensures financial integrity, operational efficiency, and strategic cost management. We search for someone who has the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.
What Youll Do:
* Oversight of all accounting, financial reporting, treasury, equity, tax, internal controls and finance operations functions across the company and its subsidiaries.
* Management of a team of approximately 20 people
* Lead the process of the period close process (monthly, quarterly, and annually) under the US GAAP, including preparation of periodical financial statements and reporting to investors and stakeholders
* Managing all global tax planning, and making sure of the companys compliance with all required federal, state, local, payroll, property, and other applicable taxes
* Oversee the Finance Operations, including bookkeeping, AP invoice processing and Payroll processes
* Manage controls over the financial reporting process, including process design and management of ongoing execution
* Lead finance-related requirements in cross-company automation projects and process improvement
* Serve as the main point of contact for banks, financial partners, institutions, authorities (ITA, IRS, VAT), auditors, and others
