Whats the Job? As a team lead at our company, you'll play a key role in shaping our product, built on the Force.com platform. You'll lead a talented team of developers, drive technical excellence, and help scale our platform to new heights. What Youll Do Lead & Inspire Guide a Full-Stack development team through architecture, design, development, and production Mentor & Grow Coach team members, conduct code reviews, and instill best practices. Collaborate & Innovate Work closely with cross-functional teams to build robust and scalable solutions. Recruit & Scale Attract and onboard top talent to strengthen your team. What You Bring 5+ years of development experience (+2 JAVA ). 3+ years of leadership experience in Full-Stack development.
*  Hands-on experience building complex web-based systems
*  Strong SQL & relational database skills.
*  Knowledge in asynchronous communication and microservice
*  Experience with AWS services and cloud-based architectures.
*  Bonus: Experience with Force.com/APEX development.
*  Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
*  Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
