VP Operations

we are a well-funded medical startup transforming ICU care through advanced technology and innovation. Our smART+ platform is an intelligent, sensor-based solution that optimizes nutrition delivery while reducing the risks of ventilator-associated pneumonia and malnutrition. Supported by clinical trials, we are setting a new standard in critical care by achieving nearly 100% feeding efficiency and reducing ICU stays by an average of 3.3 days. We are seeking an experienced VP Operations with a passion for medical device innovation to join us. In this role you will: Provide strategic leadership in all manufacturing and production processes and projects, including organization-wide production plan development and execution. Oversee Supply Chain Management, including outsourcing of implant/instrument components and processes as appropriate, in close coordination with Quality. Sourcing of components and Bill of Materials strategy development. Development and implementation of manufacturing processes for all disposable and capital equipment. Integration of new products into the production environment, including process development. Develop and execute overall manufacturing and scale-up strategy, with a focus on efficiency and cost. Develop and execute budgets and operating plans for manufacturing, process, facilities, and engineering staff and projects. Participate in development and administration of company policies, long range goals, and objectives. Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with other key leaders in R&D, Finance, QA.
