7+ years of experience in senior financial roles (CFO / VP Finance / Director of Finance).
Experience in publicly traded global companies strong preference for NASDAQ-listed company experience.
Deep knowledge of SEC reporting and financial regulations.
Proven track record in managing large-scale budgets, financial planning, and complex financial processes.
Strong ability to collaborate with board members, investors, and regulatory bodies.
Experience in leading financial teams and implementing advanced financial systems.
Fluent English ability to operate in a global environment.
