"For a growing start up we are seeking a Senior backend Developer to play a key role in shaping and enhancing our data platform.
This role involves maintaining and developing robust, end-to-end data pipelines within our cutting-edge infrastructure.

in this role you will guide a team of data engineers to design, build, and optimize the data platform using modern tools and technologies, like Apache Airflow, Python, Spark, and other components of the modern data stack. You will ensure the platform meets high technical standards, delivering exceptional performance and scalability.

What You'll Do
Design and implement end-to-end features and services within a multi-service architecture.
Build and maintain a scalable data platform, incorporating advanced business logic and developing

Requirements:
3+ years as a data Engineer or backend Developer - Must!
Proficient in Python is a must, advanced skills are a plus.
Experience designing scalable data platforms, preferably in a SaaS based company.
Expertise in building, optimizing, and maintaining large-scale production systems.
Hands-on with ETL /ELT pipelines, focusing on monitoring, supportability, and resource efficiency.
Strong knowledge of orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Dagster).
Clear communication of technical processes to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to design scalable, cloud-based systems in SaaS environments.
