Lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring top-tier quality, on-time delivery, and budget adherence
Work in a matrix environment, collaborating across teams to drive success
Interface directly with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
Identify new business opportunities, maximizing project potential and driving additional sales
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security protoco

Requirements:
Five + years of project management experience in the tech sector
Proven experience in the defense industry a must
Engineering background in software or hardware a must
A strong technical understanding of systems and AI applications (an advantage)
Familiarity with business culture and security requirements in the UAE (a big plus)
A natural ability to identify upselling opportunities within projects Fluent in Hebrew and English; additional languages are a bonus
Willingness to travel frequently abroad
