We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our Data Group.

As a Senior Data Analyst, youll be at the forefront of driving business decisions in a fast-paced environment, leveraging advanced analytics, root cause analysis, and prescriptive statistics to uncover actionable insights. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, youll diagnose performance issues, optimize algorithms, and implement automation to streamline processes. Youll experience instant gratification as your insights and recommendations drive real-time changes that directly impact the business.

Analyze & Interpret Data: Harness your SQL expertise to query large datasets, conduct root cause analysis, and deliver prescriptive insights that drive impactful business decisions in real time.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to uncover trends, validate hypotheses, and address anomalies with data-driven precision.
Solve Business Problems: Apply advanced analytics and automation to diagnose root causes, implement solutions, and optimize performance in a fast-paced environment.
Drive Real-Time Impact: Experience instant gratification as your insights shape critical KPIs, enabling the business to adapt and grow in real time.

Requirements:
SQL Expertise: 5 years minimum. Advanced SQL skills to query and analyze complex, large datasets efficiently (experience with BigQuery is a plus).
Data Analysis & Interpretation: Proven ability to uncover trends, diagnose root causes, and provide prescriptive insights that directly influence business outcomes.
Python Proficiency: Familiarity with Python for advanced data analysis and process automation.
Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, dive into root causes, and drive actionable solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Excellent ability to clearly present insights, recommendations, and collaborate effectively across teams.
Self-Starter: Highly independent, accountable, and motivated to deliver measurable results with real-time impact.
